User-generated text may be screened by structured automated safety systems for prohibited or risky content. Moderation records may include the category, confidence, severity, rule triggered, action taken and a limited evidence excerpt.
Administrators cannot casually browse private conversations through moderation tools. Private message content becomes available for limited safety review only when it is flagged, reported, appealed or required for a legitimate investigation. Reviewers receive only the flagged item and limited surrounding context unless further access is reasonably necessary and recorded.
Reports, enforcement decisions, appeals and audit records are retained as reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations and repeat-violation detection. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
This information is used to:
If you use an Organisation Workspace, authorised Organisation managers and Workspace supervisors may see your Workspace assignment, task activity, site check-in and check-out times, and submitted timesheets for that Workspace. These records support job coordination and record-keeping; SubbieSpace does not calculate wages, awards, overtime, payroll tax or payroll entitlements.
Location is optional and is collected only when you expressly select approximate location and press check in or check out. Coordinates are reduced in precision and SubbieSpace does not continuously track, monitor in the background or create movement histories.
Removed members lose current Organisation-derived Workspace access, while attributable historical job, task, attendance, timesheet and audit records may remain available to authorised parties for operational, dispute, fraud-prevention, security and legal purposes under the retention periods described below.
