Dispute Process

Last updated: 23 July 2026 · SubbieSpace Australia

This process explains how to document, report, and escalate a disagreement connected with SubbieSpace.

1. Raise the issue directly

Clearly describe the issue, the outcome you want, and a reasonable response deadline. Keep the discussion factual and retain messages, quotes, invoices, photos, and approvals.

2. Report it to SubbieSpace

Email admin@subbiespace.com with the job or payment reference, parties involved, chronology, evidence, and any urgent safety concern. We may restrict accounts while serious allegations are reviewed.

3. Platform review

SubbieSpace may review platform records, request information, preserve evidence, moderate content, and apply account measures. We cannot determine legal liability, compel off-platform payment, or act as a court, tribunal, regulator, insurer, or building expert.

4. External options

  • For emergencies or threats, contact police or call 000.
  • For consumer disputes, contact your state or territory fair-trading body.
  • For building disputes, contact the relevant building regulator or tribunal.
  • For payment-card disputes, contact the payment provider after first attempting resolution.
  • Seek independent legal advice where appropriate.
